My baking journey started when I was in high school and since then, I've been continuously improving my skills. I feel happiest when I'm creating (aka, making a mess 😇) in the kitchen with a spatula in one hand and a whisk in the other!

I've worked in professional bakeries for several years, refining my craft. I believe that taste and appearance are both important, and I strive to create treats that are both delicious and beautiful.
